***DRYLAND THURSDAY***

Good morning team,

 

I hope you are all having a good week, we are getting some great training in these last few days and some swimmers may be asked to move up groups in the next few weeks!

 

For dryland today, I am going to send a light stretch you can do on your own today. Some of you are most likely pretty sore and we need to make sure we are recovering! Please take this evening to catch up on some homework, do something for YOU that makes you happy, eat a healthy meal/drink a lot of water, and do something to stretch out. Check your email around lunchtime and you should have something in your email boxes. 

 

The weather is looking much better next week for outside dryland, let's make sure we are bringing proper attire to that next week (running shoes NOT CROCS, t shirt, shorts, WATER, etc.)
