I hope you all had a great weekend! We had some impressive swims at the SOLO Swim Your Own Age meet with three of our swimmers winning overall high point in their respective age groups. Big congrats to Arianne Chan for winning 10 year old girls, Dylan Nichols for winning 12 year old boys, and Kian Chan for winning 14 year old boys.

 

PRACTICE CHANGES

  • No official dryland Thursday (will send one to do on your own!)
  • Tuesday looks like we will be able to do dryland outside! PLEASE BRING RUNNING SHOES!!
