PRACTICE CHANGES
Due to some scheduling and staffing conflicts, we are not going to be running formal dryland this week.
Don't forget, new schedule with JTP practices start next week.
MEET WEEKEND
We have two meets this weekend occuring at different pools. PLEASE make sure you are going to the correct pool! I will have final meet details for everyone by Wednesday.

The month of July will be OPT-OUT, meaning if you do not indicate to me in this form that you are NOT returning you will be charged for July!
