Good morning team,

 

 

Hopefully you are all enjoying a relaxing weekend! A few important notes for next week:

 

 

PRACTICE CHANGES & MEDIA DAY

  • Monday December 18th is MEDIA DAY! If you are in Hydra and up and would like to come early at 6:30 to help out with the younger groups that would be awesome :)
  • No other changes to practice this week!

 

FINAL WEEK OF 2023

  • My absolute favorite week of the year is coming. Training times will be changing for some groups the week leading into New Years, schedule will be released no later than Wednesday!

 

UVAC TRIP BILLING

  • If you attended the UVAC meet traveling with the team, I will be reaching out to you this week to give you a final bill and it will be added to your account for January 1 payments. If you have another method you’d like to pay with just let me know then!

 

SWIM-A-THON

  • The swim-a-thon will take place Saturday January 13th at the YMCA of the Seacoast at the end of buddy week.
  • Details on the swim-a-thon will be released no later than Wednesday! (Time of day, how to donate, how to fundraise, prizes, etc)

 

JANUARY MEETS & BRONZE CHAMPS

  • Please make sure you are signing up for January meets ASAP!
  • ORO meet will have relays! YAY!
  • Bronze champs is for qualifiers only so I will be sending an eligibility report out either this evening or tomorrow morning to let you know if your swimmer has qualified.
  • Please respond to that ASAP to let us know if you can make it to UVAC that weekend (Jan 19-21). There will be relays there too!
