Good morning team,

 

We hope you enjoyed a long weekend!

 

Buddy week is upon us and will begin Monday October 21st. We will have a few changes to practices that week.

 

MONDAY - October 21st

  • Kraken, Leviathan, and Siren will swim from 6:30-7:30 PM like normal.
  • Hydra, Triton, Poseidon are invited to attend the 6:30-7:30 PM swim to meet their new teammates and buddy up! These three groups will swim their normal practice as well from 7:30-8:30 PM.

 

TUESDAY - October 22nd

  • Dryland will be NORMAL for Poseidon, Triton, and Siren (5:45-6:30 PM). Hydra swimmers are invited to attend this dryland.
  • Kraken and Leviathan swimmers are invited to attend swim on this day from 6:30-7:30 PM with Siren.
  • Poseidon and Triton will be working with their younger teammates from 6:30-7:30 PM, Hydra is invited to attend this hour in the pool as well.
  • Poseidon, Triton, and Hydra will also swim their second hour from 7:30-8:30 PM.

 

WEDNESDAY - October 23rd

  • Dryland for Siren will be NORMAL (5:45-6:30 PM). Poseidon, Triton, and Hydra swimmers are invited to attend this dryland.
  • Kraken, Leviathan, and Siren will swim from 6:30-7:30 PM like normal.
  • Hydra, Triton, Poseidon are invited to attend the 6:30-7:30 PM swim and buddy up! These three groups will swim their normal practice as well from 7:30-8:30 PM.

 

THURSDAY - October 24th

  • Dryland will be NORMAL for Poseidon, Triton, and Hydra (6:45-7:30 PM).
  • Poseidon, Triton, and Hydra will swim from 7:30-8:30 PM.

 

FRIDAY - October 25th

  • Kraken and Hydra swimmers are invited to attend swim on this day from 5:00-6:00 PM with Leviathan, Siren, Triton, and Poseidon.
  • Poseidon, Triton, and Hydra will also swim their second hour from 6:00-7:00 PM.

 

SATURDAY - October 26th

  • Fall Festival from 4:00-9:00 PM at Tendercrop Farm in Dover (BRING A FLASHLIGHT!)

 

SUNDAY - October 27th

  • ORO meet at UNH (7 AM to 1 PM)
