Thank you all for an amazing buddy week! We have our food drive contest coming up over the next three weeks, so let's keep the fun rolling!

 

PRACTICE CHANGES

  • No changes this week, all practice is normal!

 

FOOD DRIVE CONTEST

  • We are running our food drive contest until November 15th. Teams will be announced TUESDAY!

 

THURSDAY PRACTICES (Hydra, Triton, Poseidon)

  • The Portsmouth Indoor Pool let me know we will not have to give up our Thursday evenings once high school starts. YAY!

 

Q CUSTOM TEAM SUITS

  • If you are interested in purchasing a custom Q team swim suit, we will be bringing the fit kit in with us to practice this week. Please see a coach if you would like to try on a suit!
