PRACTICE CHANGES

  • Practice on Friday night for Hydra, Triton, Posiedon may get out a little early (like 10 mins or so) as we head into a small mid-season taper for November meets. 
  • All other practice and dryland is normal!

 

FOOD DRIVE CONTEST

  • We will be taking food donations for the food drive contest for the next two weeks!
  • Coach DJ's team is in the lead so far! Stay tuned for updates!
