***BRONZE MEET ANNOUNCEMENT AND SIGN UPS***

Good morning team,

 

Our Bronze meet is fast approaching and we have some information for you all!

 

ENTRY LIST

The current entry list for Bronze can be found by CLICKING HERE! If your swimmer's name is not on this sheet, they either did not have a qualifying time for the meet or you ahve indicated you are not availabe for the weekend. Please let me know if there are any errors!

 

JOBS LIST

We are relying HEAVILY on volunteers for this meet.

ANYONE who volunteers for a job for the meet will receive $25 off their fundraising requirement PER SESSION. That means if someone from your family times at all 4 available timing sessions you could earn up to $100 off your requirement! (If you have already paid into the swim-a-thon, I will apply that money as a credit to your account instead.)

JOB LIST - SIGN UP FOR JOBS BY CLICKING HERE

  • Lane timers (1 per lane for 6 lanes = total of 6)
  • Back up timers (2 needed)
  • A timer coordinator/runner (at LEAST 1 needed, 2 preferred)
  • Rubber Duck Liason (hands out ducks to heat winners; at LEAST 1 needed, 2 preferred)
  • Door Greeters (at LEAST 1 needed, 2 preferred)
  • Hospitality Monitors (at LEAST 1 needed, 2 preferred)

There is one extra "job" that is not on the list and that is someone who is willing to help set up before the meet starts and break down when the meet ends. Please reach out to me if you would like to do that! We only need 1 or 2 people to help there :)

If we do not get enough sign ups, we will have to assign some people jobs. Either way the $25 credit will apply!
