***BRONZE JOBS AND ANNOUCEMENTS***

Good morning team,

 

Huge thank you to everyone who has signed up to help this weekend so far! I will be sending out Bronze details to your emails later today (on deck times, events, games, etc).

We do still have a few jobs we need to fill, here they are below:

  • FRIDAY 5-7 PM
    • ​So far we do not have any sign ups for this day.
    • Anyone who can come help, we only really need one or two peple to do a few odd jobs since it is such a short session. 
  • SATURDAY 12-4 PM (10&U and 13-14):
    • We are all set for this session. We will always welcome more help if you want to work but we shouldn't need anyone this session.\
  • SATURDAY 4-7 PM (11-12 and 15-18): 
    • 2 backup timers needed (we may move regular lane timers to backup if needed)
    • 1-2 Ribbons & Awards 
    • 1-2 Door Greeters
  • SUNDAY 8 AM - 12 PM (10&U and 13-14): 
    • ​1 backup timer (may move a regular timer to this spot)
    • 2 timer runners
    • 1-2 Door greeters
  • SUNDAY 12-5 PM (11-12 and 15-18):
    • ​2 backup timers (we do not have anyone we can move here this evening)
    • 1 timer runner
    • 1-2 Ribbons & Awards 
    • 1-2 Door Greeters
  • SUNDAY 5-7 PM
    • ​This is a final distance session, we do not have swimmers in this session but will need help with cleanup.

 

If anyone can help out during these sessions please let me know or go to the SignUp Genius HERE! I will have to assign people to these if we can't fill them with parents who have swimmers in those sessions. We may only need a few more as the PHX parents will be helping out as well. Here is a list of who are in each session. If you are already signed up, nothing else you need to do!

  • SUNDAY 8 AM - 12 PM (10&U and 13-14): Ahmed, Ambra, Anderson, Anderson, Fields, Hussein, Lynch, McEachern, Morris, Munro-Dervan, Nichols, Rawlins, Willette
  • SUNDAY 12-5 PM (11-12 and 15-18): Ahmed, Chan, Dunn-Bolanos, Erikson, Joshi, Kassatly, Latsilnik, Lemelin, Nichols, Vanderbeck, White, Wienands
