***BANQUET JOTFORM***
Good morning team,
Please visit the link below for the Jotform to sign up for the team banquet on Sunday March 30th @ 1 PM at the Rockingham Ballroom.
If we do not receive a jotform from you by MONDAY MARCH 17th there will not be food for you at the banquet! This jotform is a headcount for food!
Each swimmer on the team is free.
Each swimmer on the team will get one guest who is also free. (If you have two swimmers on the team, you are allowed to bring two plus ones to eat free of charge.)
If you are bringing additional family members that want to eat, the cost will be $10 per person.
Please indicate if you are bringing extra snacks or drinks. We could also use some plates, cups, napkins, cutlery if you feel inclined!
There is also a space for food allergies or sensitivities. Please do not skip this question!
