Good morning team,

 

Another Monday is upon us! We are only THREE WEEKS away from the end of the "Spring" season and moving outdoors. I will be reaching out to those of you that have signed up for spring only to let you know your membership with ATLA will be ending on May 25th. If you would like to add a few more weeks until school ends please let me know ASAP!

 

PRACTICE CHANGES

  • As of right now, there are no changes to practice. HOWEVER, I may have to cancel dryland on WEDNESDAY. I will let you know about Wednesday by the end of today!

 

PRACTICE RULE REMINDER

  • We would also like to remind everyone that there is NO PARENT/GUARDIAN FILMING ALLOWED AT SWIM PRACTICE! 
  • This is part of our Safe Sport policy, if swimmers have signed off on no photographs this is a violation of their signed safe sport documents. Becasue coaching staff are the only ones that have access to these documents, we are the only ones allowed to record our practices. 
  • Thank you for your cooperation on this matter!

 

PARENT HANDBOOK

  • I am putting the finishing touches on a parent handbook for everyone. It is not a short read BUT I strongly encourage all parents read through the handbook. I will be highlighting a few key points when I send them out but it will be FULL of great information!

 

HARVARD MEET

  • The Harvard meet is this weekend! Meet information will go out either today or tomorrow so keep your eyes peeled!

 

MEET BILLING

  • Swim meet billing for meets in May will be posted to your accounts on June 1st.
  • Swim meet billing for meets in June, July, and August will be posted to your accounts for August 1st.
