Good morning team,
Please remember a Portsmouth Pool membership is REQUIRED of all our swimmers. The team does NOT pay for these nor are we the ones who set these memberships up. This all must be done online through their new portal now.
If our swimmers do not have memberships, they are going to start turning swimmers away. Please make sure this is taken care of.
THEY ARE ALSO IMPLEMENTING A NEW DECLINED CREDIT CARD POLICY! IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE RECEIVING THE POOL ALERTS! PLEASE READ BELOW!
POOL MEMBERSHIPS
- The Portsmouth Indoor Pool requires all swim team members also be pool members.
- This is all done online. Please visit https://portsmouthnh.myrec.com/ to create a new account for your family.
- Once that is completed, you then need to purchase an indoor pool membership for your swimmer through that new Portsmouth Rec account.
- If you need help with these steps, you need to reach out to the pool for assistance as Atlantis does not have any admin privileges in pool membership issues.
Membership Monthly Payment Decline & Cancellation Policy
Declined Charge
- If a membership monthly payment is declined, the system automatically pauses the membership.
- The member receives an auto-email from:
[email protected]. - When the swimmer scan in, their account will show “No Access” until the balance is paid and the account is updated.
Timeline for Members
➡️ One Month Grace Period
- The member has 1 month from the date of the declined charge to resolve the payment issue.
➡️ Reminder Email
- If unpaid after 1 month, a reminder email is sent the followingMonday from Bridget’s email. [email protected]
➡️ One Extra Week
- After the reminder, the member has 1 additional week to make the payment.
➡️ Final Step: Cancellation of Membership
- If still unpaid, the membership is cancelled.

To rejoin, the member must re-register and pay the $25 start-up fee.
