***Exciting Additional Learning Opportunities at the PIP***
Good morning team,
The Portsmouth Indoor Pool is working on some pretty cool programming I want you to be aware of.
For the next few weeks, the PIP is going to be running a few classes on flip turns and starts off the block. These are going to be run by coaches who are either currently USA Swimming certified or have been USA Swimming certified in the last few years. This is a RARE opportunity to get in some additional practice with people who truly understand the sport.
FLIP TURN WORK - Tuesday December 9th from 5:30-6:30 PM
BEGINNER DIVE PROGRESSION - Wednesday December 10th 3:30-4:30 PM
HIGH SCHOOL DIVE PROGRESSION - Wednesday December 10th 4:30-5:30 PM
OPEN TURNS AND IM PROGRESSION - Tuesday December 16th from 5:30-6:30 PM
INTERMEDIATE DIVE PROGRESSION - Wednesday December 17th 3:30-4:30 PM
INTERMEDIATE BREASTSTROKE CLINIC - Wednesday December 17th 4:30-5:30 PM
