The Northeast Ohio YMCA Swim League is a conglomerate of YMCA teams across northeastern Ohio. Swimmers from different YMCA's ages 5-18 years of age compete in at least six dual or tri-meets across northeast Ohio between mid-October through mid-January. A Divisional Championship meet is typically held the first weekend in February for all swimmers in the league, followed by a League Championship meet in early March for those who qualify.

In mid-March, qualifying swimmers compete in the Great Lakes Zones meet, which brings swimmers from all over Ohio and parts of Michigan. At the end of March, swimmers who qualify can compete in the National YMCA Short-Course Championship meet, typically held in Greensboro, NC.

Swimmers who are interested in joining a winter swim team should contact their nearest YMCA. For a list of YMCA's that are part of the Northeast Ohio YMCA Swim League, click HERE.
