Shawmut finishes fifth at 14 & Unders

Congrats to our swimmers who competed this weekend at 14 & Unders! The team scored an impressive 781 points in total. A huge applause to all of our high point swimmers:

• 9 and under: (Michael Yang (3rd), Alaina Cai (5th), Caleb del Rosario (6th)
• 13-4: Billy Knaul (1st), Amelia Benkert (4th).

Great job to Billy Knaul for placing 1st in the 200 meter freestyle; Amelia Benkert for placing 1st in the 400 meter IM and 800 meter freestyle; and our women’s relays for placing 1st in the 400 free, 400 medley, and 800 free relay.

This weekend, the following team records were broken:

• Girls 9-10 200 freestyle relay: Vaani Kapoor, Alaina Cai, Naomi Boegholm, and Eve Piazza
• Girls 13-14 400 medley, 400 free, and 800 free relay: Rayna H800 ata, Ali Robertson, Amelia Benkert, and Andrea Wei
• Boys 13-14 100 free, 200 free, 400 free, 100 fly, and 200 fly: Billy Knaul
