Shawmut takes of NASA Junior Nationals Cup in Clearwater, Florida

In a warm-weathered weekend, Shawmut had multiple phenomenal swims and best times. 50% of our swimmers scored points: Belinda Donohoe (7), Mitchell Gariepy (22), Billy Knaul (13), Ali Robertson (6), and Andrea Wei (11).

Mitchell Gariepy earned a spot on the podium after placing 3rd in the 100 breaststroke (which re-broke his own team record), 3rd in the 50 breaststroke, 5th in the 200 breaststroke, and 6th in the 100 breaststroke.

Billy Knaul secured 7th place in the 100 back, 8th in the 100 fly, and 7th in the 200 fly.

Ali Robertson podiumed after shattering her own record and finishing 5th in the 400 IM, qualifying for winter junior nationals.

Andrea Wei broke her own record and placed 7th in the 100 fly and 6th in the 200 fly.
