2nd place title at 11-14 Age Group Champs!

With over 1800 points scored at champs this weekend, Shawmut-Crimson finished 2nd overall, out-scoring 3rd place by 600 points. Impressive swims this weekend left us incredibly proud of our 11-14 age group. Highlights of the meet:

• Nick Andrews placed 2nd overall for individual points scored in the 11-12 age group
• Tim Andrews placed 5th overall for individual points scored in the 11-12 age group
• Nick Andrews placed 1st in the 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1500 meter freestyle
• Tim Andrews finished 1st in the 100 and 200 fly; 2nd in the 200, 400, and 1500 free; 3rd in the 400 IM, and 4th in the 200 IM

New team records were also set this weekend:

• Alden white broke the 11-12 50 backstroke record that was previously set in 2009
• Alaina Cai broke the 11-12 100 and 200 backstroke record
