The Stingrays Swim Club is a United States Swimming Club within Niagara District. Founded in 1964, we are known throughout Western New York as a first-class, year-round swim program. We offer a guided age-group youth program for children age 5 and up, for the novice swimmer to the most competitive and skilled swimmer. As a child progresses from the guppies learn to swim level to the shark level, the coaching staff provides the structure that supports the emotional, social, and physical growth of that child within the sport of swimming. This experience will last a lifetime.
Stingrays Swim Club members learn:
- The four competitive swimming strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breastroke and freestyle)
- The skills needed for competiting in swim meets: flip turns, starts, and relays
- The values of sportsmanship and teamwork
- How to set and accomplish short term and long term goals.

MISSION : "Rays UP!!"
The mission of the Stingrays Swim Club is to offer swim club members an experience that will last a lifetime. Through quality instruction and coaching, swimmers will be provided with the tools and materials necessary to achieve all that they want to achieve within the sport of swimming.
Our team philosophy is encompassed in the words courage and perseverence.
Courage is the willingness to take risks.
Perseverence is the backbone of success in any endeavor in life.
Our swimmers learn how to "rays" up to the challenges and strive forward toward achieving their swimming goals.
