This past weekend we had 58 swimmers attend the 3 ½ day Star Invite Meet at ECC. In the pool, we couldn’t have been prouder. Our team posted 64% Best times. Our swimmers were supportive of one another and had fun cheering on their teammates. We had 10 new swimmers qualify for the Niagara Gold Championship meets. Our Turkey Splash Team Challenge Meet was a total team effort. We could not have done it without the leadership of our meet director, Jim Ronald and everyone working at the computer tables. Our Officials are the facilitators who make the meet happen, great job to them. Thank you to all the volunteers who timed, brought in food and kept a positive attitude. Working together is our goal. A busy month for TWST… On the 10th & 11th we hosted 2x Olympian, Cullen Jones at OPHS to share his swimming experiences with our swimmers, coaches and parents. We are grateful to all those who raised the funds last May during our Swim-A-Thon to make this event possible. An incredible learning opportunity for all!
