The above named child is in good physical condition and has my permission to train with and participate in all activities sponsored by the Monmouth Barracudas Swim Club, Inc. I understand that my child will be participating in strenuous practices, strength training programs, as well as learning competitive techniques. Furthermore, I give permission for said child to travel with the team on bus, train, plane or car and waive all responsibility for liability and release and hold harmless the Monmouth Barracudas Swim Club, Inc., Director and owner Paul K. Buerck, all assisting staff members, coaches, volunteers, travel companies (including but not limited to bus, train, limo, plane, cars), centers, facilities, organizations, and their heirs and estates associated with this permission. I release and hold harmless the Monmouth Barracudas Swim Club, Inc., Director and owner Paul K. Buerck, all assisting staff members, coaches, volunteers, centers, facilities, organizations, and their heirs and estates associated with this permission. I hereby give permission to authorized representatives of the Monmouth Barracudas Swim Club, Inc. to obtain emergency medical treatment for said child while he/she is participating in Monmouth Barracudas activities. I understand every effort will be made to contact me first. Furthermore, I understand that once I register my child for the Monmouth Barracudas Swim Club 2026 Spring Session I am required to pay in full (whether my child completes the entire swim session or not.) You will be billed and charged for the entire Spring 2026 Swim Session regardless of injury, loss of interest, sickness, hardship, divorce, separation, or if your child decides to switch to another team/club,etc. There will be no refunds due to a state or global pandemic. Payment is non-refundable. In the event of session being shut down by the state or federal government any payment made will stay on account as a credit. Monmouth Barracudas Swim Club, Inc. reserves the right to assign swimmers to sessions/groups and to limit the number of participants. *Absolutely No Refunds

EVENTS: We will participate in the LOCAL OCEAN MILES; WE ARE HOSTING AN OCEAN MILE ON SATURDAY AUGUST 1st in OCEAN GROVE! PLEASE JOIN US!
Expectations: Summer training is for swimmers ages 11 and over – Practices will be catered to a high level of training and drills! Swimmers are expected to train at a high level with respect and discipline. We ask for communication with Coaches regarding schedules and attendance.

Please read the summer information below regarding swim training locations and requirements
NEW SWIMMERS TRYOUTS June 4th 6:00pm
* If you have paid for year-round swimming through the MBSC Early Bird 2025-2026 season you are all paid for the
summer season but will still need to complete and sign the registration form. It is your parental permission for your child to swim and commitment to attend!
YOUNGER SWIMMERS / 14 and Under
All swimmers aged 14 and under will be able to train and swim at the NAC with the NAC summer team! For swim training and meets you will need to attend a tryout with the NAC team, please email SARA at [email protected]
All swimmers aged 14 and under have the option to participate with the NAC team and train at the
NAC in the evenings instead of Deal Casino in the mornings. *You can also choose to do both, but you will be required to pay your own fees for the NAC team.
For the NAC team, swimmers aged 14 and under will practice evenings at the NAC AND ONE MEET PER WEEK!! SO A CHANCE TO RACE MORE!
If you paid for the MBSC Early Bird 2025-2026 you will have your NAC team fees paid by us, if you choose to do the NAC training over Deal Casino. If you are doing both, you must sign up and pay the fees directly to the NAC at their tryout.
If you are NOT signed up for Summer Season through MBSC Early Bird 2025-2026 year-round swim, the
NAC Team fee for 14 and under is $180 plus team suits and paid directly to the NAC.

NAC SUMMER SWIM TEAM 2026 INFORMATION: The NAC summer team offers swimmers an opportunity to have fun while developing & improving their physical, mental and social skills. Swimmers will work on the competitive aspects of the sport of swimming during each practice and swim meet. Each swimmer will practice 2-3 days per week; all meets are in the evening at various local pools. The program runs Monday— Thursday starting June 15th and will finish the first week in August.
NAC TRYOUTS ARE JUNE 2nd from 4pm - 6pm Parent Meeting June 9th
Swimmers should be able to comfortably swim the following distances and strokes prior to attending the tryout. 6- 8 years: 25 - 50 Yards of Freestyle 9- 11 Years: 50 Yards of Freestyle & 25 Yards of one other stroke 12 - 14 Years: 100 yards of Freestyle and 50 yards of 1 other stroke $140 Neptune $180 Non Neptune + Suit & Goggle Costs
