2025 NJ State Short Course Time Standards 

Please Note:

You must be a USA swimming member to attend this meet. Flex membership does not qualify for championships. There are two meets, Silver and Gold. A swimmer must achieve the championship time to compete in the event. If a swimmer qualifies for 'gold' in an event, they are ineligible to compete this event at the 'Silver' championships. Please see the coaches with any questions!
