Extra Fast Swims at SCAR February Meet

A bunch of our 14&Under swimmers participated in one last meet of the regular season at Scarlet’s February Extra meet at Rutgers over the weekend. They joined swimmers from seven teams to pit their training against the clock in an effort to grab a few more championship cuts. For their efforts, our Barracudas came home with 9 new team records, a ton of Personal Bests (over 75% of our swims!), top places, and some zone cuts and Upper-Silvers (JOs) as well!

First places were nabbed by Jonathan Kern (100 IM*, 50 Back*, 50 Fly*, 50 Free); Nathaniel Kern (100 Breast*, 100 Fly*, 200 IM*, 50 Free*); and Hannah Wilson (100 Back*, 200 IM, 50 Free). Other top places were earned by Reese Berg (2nd in the 100 Back, 100 Breast*, 50 Free, and 3rd in the 100 Free).
