'Cudas Finish Strong at 13&Over Silvers

Congrats to our swimmers on their performances at the NJ Swimming 13 & Over Silver Championships held at Rutgers University 3/10-3/12. There was some exciting competition between the hundreds of swimmers of the nearly 40 teams.

Our eight attending swimmers at Silvers had some great swims, earning a few Top Places and some Personal Bests. Ty Hollar impressed with a -2.19.07 drop in his 1650 to finish 3rd in the event, earning a Gold time in the process. Evan Weinberger took an 18th Place in the 100 Back, and swam Personal bests in his 100 Fly (-0.44), 200 IM (-0.45), and 50 Free (-0.10)! Not to be outdone, sister Jillian Weinberger splashed in a respectable 14th Place finish in the 400 IM, and swam a great -13.72 drop in her 500 Free! Paityn Bates got in on the action with a nice drop in her 100 Breast (-2.66), as did Ryan Juckett in his 100 Fly (-1.68). Kayla Bhagaloo, Salome Calderon, and Sadie Cornelius had some commendable swims as well!
