This Sat Practices Modified- College Meet!
We will be modifying this Saturday morning's practices to allow Coaches and interested swimmers to attend an collegiate dual meet between Lafayette College and Colgate University. NJB Alumni Matt Freund (Colgate) and Jake Leddy (Lafayette) will be competing with their respective teams. It's a fun opportunity for our Intermediate and Senior swimmers to see how NCAA meets works, speak with coaches and college swimmers, and to cheer on their old teammates!
Location of meet: Kirby Sports Center at Lafayette College, 700 West Pierce Street, Easton, PA.
9:00- 10:00 am- Practice for Intermediates & Seniors @KRHS (no dryland).
9:00- 10:30 am- Junior 1&2 (together) in the pool. No dryland in the hall (we'll be doing a dryland activity as part of our pool practice).
11:30 am- Coaches/swimmers attending the meet should arrive so we can get seating together.
12:00 pm- Meet begins
