No Luck Needed at 13&O Silver Championships !

Congratulations to our swimmers who competed at this season’s NJ Swimming 13 & Over Silver Championships at Rutgers University this past weekend. They competed against swimmers from 41 teams with our LSC. We had a great showing!

Small,  but mighty! Despite only attending with seven swimmers, there was plenty to celebrate over the weekend long competition. Rylee Bambara nabbed a First Place in her 200 Breast, with a Second by Abby Czinkota in her 100 Back, followed with Thirds by Reese Berg and John Wintermute in their 100 Fly’s. There were plenty of other stellar performances.

Our crew hit the water with 31 splashes, 14 of which were Personal Bests! Our kids just keep dropping times with some amazing swims like Abby Czinkota’s 100 Back (-3.05) and 200 Back (-4.08); Channing Muller’s 200 Back (-6.38) and 500 Free (-4.48); and John Wintermute’s 200 Fly (-13.64); just to name a few! Some of our drops resulted in new Gold times by Rylee Bambara (200 Breast), Reese Berg (100 Fly), Abby Czinkota (200 Back), and John Wintermmute (100 & 200 Fly); they will be joining Ty Hollar, Julia Dutzi, and Caroline Turner at NJ Swimming Gold Championships next weekend!
