Good Swims at Bring The Heat

Our swimmers hit the pool at Rutgers this past Sunday for a great meet at MAY Bring the Heat! We joined 10 other teams from our LSC and Mid Atlantic for a day of top places, personal bests, and more!

Of our 30 splashes, 16 were first-time LC swims and another 12 were Personal Best LC times! Some of those PB’s really highlighted the growth of our swimmers, with some standout swims like Julia Dutzi’s 100 Back (-15.45); Chris Jaromski’s 100 Free (-13.48) and 200 IM (-44.13); Sam Taylor’s 200 Free (-10.78); and John Wintermute’s 200 Free (-40.17); just to name a few!

Those fast swims yielded some top places, too, with Third Places swum by Andy Antosiewicz (100 Free); Ty Hollar (200 Back); and Zoe Thaller (200 Breast). Second Places were also earned  by Ty Hollar (50 Back) and John Wintermute (200 Fly, 200 Free, 50 Fly). Wow!

Great job by all. Next up, CONDORS Summer Solstice this coming weekend!
