How to sign up for meets

How to Sign Up for Meets on Team Unify:

Reminder - Meets are not cheap. The price for entries just to enter a swim meet have gone up nearly 50% over the last 2 years. Before you enter a meet please make sure you are positive that you can attend the meet!  Once you enter the meet you will be charged the fees included in entering the meet. Meet surchages are charged per day of each swim meet. Each meet has different surcharge fees. There will also be a $5.00 coaches fee per day added to each meet NJRC attends per swimmer. Starting in the Fall of 2025 the $5 fee is per day nomatter if your swimmer swims in only one day of a two or three day meet. Any meet NJRC attends away where the team is staying in a hotel there will be a $15 per day coaches fee added to each swimmers meet entry fee. If the team is flying out of state for a swim meet that requires coaches flight and hotel a $30 fee per day will be added to the swimmers meet fees for the meet. 

Meets all have different pricing for events. For example a local meet may charge $8 an event plus a surcharge per day and another meet like Junior Nationals or Sectionals may charge $20 per event and a surcharge per day. 

  1. Log into your Team Unify account at newjerseyraceclub.com. If you do not have a password yet or you have any problems logging, please email [email protected]
  2. Once logged in, look at the bottom of the home page for the meet you want to sign up for
  3. Click on Attend/Decline or ( Edit commitment ) under the event you want to sign up for.
  4. Click on your swimmer’s name at the bottom
  5. Choose Yes under “Declaration”
  6. Click Save

Once you click YES under Declaration, there will be more that pops up on the screen. If you scroll down you will see the list of events your swimmer can swim at this meet. As their parent, we ask you click the events they want to swim and then hit SAVE.

If the event or time of your swimmer is in RED - They are NOT elligible to swim that event.

If the event or time of your swimmer is in BLUE - They CAN swim that event and you can select it
