High School Competitive Stroke Clinic

Spring 2026

The High School Competitive Stroke Clinic is designed to help high school swimmers improve upon the skills they've gained during the 25-26 high school swim season. OCY's professional coaching staff will work closely with swimmers to further develop their technique in all four strokes, starts, turns, and improve overall fitness and competitive ability.

Session 1: February 16 - April 9, 2026 (8 weeks)
Session 2: April 12 - May 21, 2026 (6 weeks)

Monday/Thursday 7:15pm-8:45pm
