Silver Bells Warm Up Information
Hello Everyone!
We finally got the meet information TODAY for the meet this weekend. Thank you for your patience. Please see the information below. We have timing assignments on Friday and Saturday of this meet. I will do them tomorrow and get them sent out.
Remember this is a prelim/finals meet for all 11 and over swimmers. By swimming in prelims you are agreeing to swim in finals if you make it back. Remember this is an honor to make it back and part of the learning process of swimming fast. If you do not understand this policy speak to Julie or Kip PRIOR to the meet so it is not an issue.
A little note to the swimmers (mostly 11/overs): This is going to be a long weekend with a lot of swimming for many of you. You will be tired! Be proud of your accomplishments and be happy that you get to swim so much. Stay positive and you will have better results. Parents- please be supportive with healthy food (fuel) choices especially between sessions. You need multiple food groups (protein, carbs and fat) in your meals and reduce the sugar so you don’t have blood sugar spikes and more importantly, blood sugar drops. Make sure you are hydrating especially with water. A gatorade will help, but don’t overdo it. Resting between prelims and finals is so important! This is not the time to be out shopping. Take a nap, if you can’t sleep watch some TV with your legs up and hydrate. Take care of yourself so you can swim as fast as you can. You have put in the work, now it's (mid season) showtime!

Friday (13/over 50 free and 11/over 500 free)- be there by 4:45, meet starts at 6pm (est finish time 7:15pm
Saturday
13/Overs- be there by 7:10, meet starts at 8am (est finish time 11:20am)
11/12- be there by 11:40am, session starts at 12:30 (est finish time 2:20pm)
10/unders- be there by 2:45, session starts at 3:30 (est finish time 5:30)
Finals-be there by 5:30, session starts at 6:20 (est finish time 8:10pm)
Sunday
13/overs- be there by 6:45am, session starts at 8am (est finish time 11:10)
11/12s- be there by 11:15am, session starts at 12:30 (est finish time 2:30)
10/unders- be there by 2:25, session starts at 3:30 (est finish time 5:30)
