The Banquet is getting close, please respond asap!

 Devilfish families: 

Celebrate a successful swim season and recognize our graduating seniors at the Devilfish Banquet on Sunday, April 29, from 4:30 to 8:30 at The Gran Centurions in Clark.  Thanks to each of you, the response cards indicating meal preferences and banquet fees are coming in every day. Thank you very much for making your family preferences known. We are right on schedule for a sell out. 

If you haven't had the chance, there's still time to respond. The banquet committee would appreciate hearing from your family as soon as possible:

1. If you are attending,please mail the response cards with meal selections, special meal requests, and an indication as to whether you want to bring siblings who are not on the team along with the family banquet fees to Debbie Cowell at 735 Belvidere Avenue as indicated in the invite just as soon as possible (by the 25th would be greatly appreciated. Please do not include payment for siblings at this time).

2. If you have special requests,and since we are getting a bit close, an email would also be appreciated in addition to mailing in your response card. Please indicate if you have special meal requests and/or requests for sibling attendance to[email protected]. I will send an email back letting you know whether siblings can be accommodated the week before the banquet. Please plan to have your entire family sign in at the 'Family sign' if you are bringing siblings and pay for the siblings only at that check-in. Space permitting, we will accommodate as many siblings as possible. We will also make every attempt to handle special food requests.

3. If you are not attending, a quick email to [email protected] would be appreciated.

4. If you did not receive the original hard copy invitation in the mail, please print out the attachments and mail your response card back as described by the invitation to attend this fun evening as soon as it is convenient, by April 25th if at all possible. (feel free to drop your response in the mailbox on the covered porch at 735 Belvidere).
