Devilfish Boys' B Swim Team lost to Somerset Valley YMCA Boys “White” team 170-201The following swims were top point winners:
8U: John Veres and Will Dailey placed 1,2 (25yd Free.) Veres and Benjamin Tretter touched 2,3 (25 Breast.) TJ Walsh and Leo Mangiamele placed 1,2 (25 Fly.)
9-10: Aidan Fitzpatrick won 100IM with Zachary Willams finishing third. Henry Brown and Kyle Pinkin tied for first place (50 Free). Pinkin touched first in 50 Breast. Fitzpatrick won 50 Fly.
1 1-12: Thomas Brennan scored second (50 Free) and first (50 Breast.) Ashlen Suen earned second in 50 Fly. Sebastian Tretter and Austin Chen placed first and third in 50 Back.
1 3-14: Alex Prystupa placed second in the 200 IM. Nick Bond touched third (100 Free.) Prystupa and Evan Moore palced first and third (100 Fly.) Steven Warren and Bond placed 2, 3 (100 Breast.)
15-18: Noah Stiles and Mark Trinkle placed 2, 3 in the 200 IM. Alec Penn and Austin Kreusser touched 1,2 (200 Back.) Penn placed second to Stiles third in 100 Fly. Conner Mailley and Mathew Celeste touched 2,3 (100 Free.) Trinkle finished second in 200 Breast.

In the first meet of the dual meet season, the Westfield Area Y Devilfish Girls' B Swim Team was defeated by Red Bank YMCA Girls' B, 169-204, on October 20. Top scorers include the following finishes by age group.
8U: Vivian Jeckell placed first and Katherine Li third (25yd Back). Li won the 25 breast, followed by Emma Ceraso who placed third. Courtney Pinkin and Abigail Bebel touched 2,3 (25 Fly.)
9-10: Lindsay Wang earned third (100IM). Maggie Maguire touched third (50 Breast). Wang and Paige Eckard touched 2,3 for 50 Fly. Mary Weber scored second in 50 Free and 50 Back.
11-12: Tara Sullivan, Caitlin Hogge, Lauren Wang swept 50 Breast.
13-14: Grace Cash, Emma Reilly, and Emily Beattie swept the 200IM. Reilly won 100 Back. Lizzie Diamantopoulos finished third (100 Free.) Jessie Trinkle and Charlotte Perez touched 2,3 (100 Fly.) Beattie, Danielle Sawyer, and Trinkle swept 100 Breast.
15-18: Meredith Bagger touched second in the 200 IM. Kathleen Bond and Bagger touched 1,2 (200 Breast.) Emma Buckley and Julia Diamantopolous touched 1,2 (100 Free.) Buckley took first and Rachel Fan third (100 Fly.) Diamantopoulos placed second in 200 Back.
