Caroline Baldwin & Carly Whitmer compete at USA SWIMMING/SPEEDO SC JR NATIONALS

Devilfish Caroline Baldwin and Carly Whitmer competed at USA Swimming and Speedo Short Course Junior National Championships held at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN Dec 6-8.

Baldwin, a junior at Westfield HS qualified to compete in the 50 yd Free, 100 yd Back and 200 yd Back.  She qualified for finals in the 100 Back, resetting a WY record she owned (55.45) in prelims. She placed 21^stoverall at finals! Baldwin also bested her previous WY 200 Back record during prelims at 2:03:03.

Whitmer, a senior at Mount St Mary Academy who will be attending George Washington next year, represented the Devilfish in the 100 yd Fly and 200 yd Fly with strong swims.
