WY DEVILFSH COMPETE AT M.R. FLY HOLIDAY INVITATIONAL: Results are Posted!

The Westfield Area Y Devilfish Swim Team senior swimmers competed against top teams of the tri-state area at the M.R. FLY Holiday Invitational held at the Nassau County Aquatic Center, December 14-16. Sixty-five of the seventy-two WY athletes entered swam personal best times. With these outstanding performances, multiple swimmers achieved YMCA Silver and State time standards. Twenty-seven Devilfish swimmers reached finals. Two WY 13-14 Girls team records were set by Caroline Basil (400IM) and Gwyn Devin (200IM.) This meet is a good indicator of breakout performances to come during the upcoming championship season. Highlights include the following Top 8 finishes:
