The YMCA of Middletown Barracudas Swim Team is a year round competitive swim team for children and teens ages 5 to 18 years old. The Barracudas are members of United States Swimming. 

Our swimmers are placed in one of 5 practice groups: Bronze I, Bronze II, Silver I, Silver II, or Gold. Each level has goals for swimmers to attain.

Practices are held at the Minisink Valley High School pool. Competitions take place at many different locations within the Metropolitan area.
