Sponsorship Request Form

The Sponsorship PDF can be used to solicit sponsorships from any local business for our season.  
We will accept sponsorships at any time during the season.  
As an incentive, you will receive a credit (worth 20% of the sponsorship) on your account for any sponsorship you can secure. 
These credits will be cumulative throughout the season and will be applied to your last monthly payment (either May or June).  
For example, if you secure a Bronze sponsorship worth $500 in November, and a Silver sponsorship worth $1000,
you will receive a credit to your last month(s) assessment(s) in the amount of $300.
