Legends at the pool

USA Swimming's executive director Chuck Wielgus attended the Phillips 66 Swimming National Championships in Irivine, Calif., earlier this month. In his latest blog post for USA Swimming, he talks about familiar legends of the past and where they are now. 

"I saw many other alums at this year’s National Championships," Wielgus writes, "and I was reminded once again just how extraordinary swimmers are. There’s something about the sport that it helps forge young athletes into thoughtful adults who have so much to contribute to society."
