  • FAQ: Each year, we have tons of questions about the Zones team. Now, we've got the answers all in one location. Check out this helpful FAQ. We highly recommend you begin with this FAQ!
  • How to register: If your swimmer has qualified for zones with a AAA or faster time for his/her age group as of Aug. 1, 2019, you may register now. Click on the Meets/Events tab above. Then find the event listed as Central Zones Championships 2019. Click on the Register Online button immediately under the event title. If you're child has attended Zones with our team previously, please register using your email/password from previous years. If this is your child's first time to attend Zones, you'll create an account as you register. NOTE: Please take care to enter the correct t-shirt, jacket & pants size for your child. We will use the t-shirt sizes to order team shirts. 
  • Zones team apparel: Read this important note on how to receive a Oklahoma Zones Team jacket, pants and/or backpack.

Travel dates:                      Depart July 30, return early morning Aug. 5

Where:                                 Fargo, N.D.

LSCs attending:                 Arkansas, Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri Valley, Midwestern, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota

Cost to attend:                  $400 for AAAA qualifiers; $500 for AAA qualifiers

REGISTRATION

Regular Registration:     Opens May 1; ends Sun., July 7. Please either mail payment or turn in payment at OKS Champs.

Late registration:             Mon., July 8- Sun., July 28. Swimmers who have qualified and those who achieve qualifying times at the OKS State Champs on July 26-28 should plan to attend a Zone Team Meeting on 2:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon. You should register & pay by check before the end of Sunday’s meet. This is very important, as all registrations and payments must be completed by the end of Sun., July 28. 

ZONES TEAM APPAREL

Zones qualifiers are eligible to purchase Oklahoma Zones Team gear each year and will receive a discount based on how many years they have attended the meet.

  • EARLY REGISTRATION ORDER DEADLINE: Please follow the steps on this webpage to place your order by 11 P.M. TUE., JULY 9. Orders received by this early deadline will be processed before Zones, and we expect to receive all non-backordered items in Fargo.
     
  • LATE REGISTRATION ORDER DEADLINE: Visit this webpage and place your order by 11 P.M. SUN., JULY 28. Because of the tight turnaround between OKS Champs and Zones, orders received at this time will be processed after Zones and will not be received at the meet. The apparel will be mailed to your home after the meet.

At the meet, swimmers will be provided team t-shirts for each day of the meet. 

Parents: You will have the opportunity to purchase team t-shirts to support the team. Stay tuned for more details.

ZONES TEAM MEETING

Sun., July 28 prior to the Finals session at OKS Champs. The meeting will begin at 2:15 p.m. Please bring the following: 1) a check to pay for the team trip (if you haven't paid already); 2) a check to pay for your apparel order; and 3) a check to purchase extra caps. (We'll let you know then how many caps you may purchase.) NO CASH will be accepted. ALL qualifiers MUST attend. Location TBD.

ELSMORE WEBSITE: PARENT SHIRTS & TECH SUITS

Please visit the Elsmore website to 1) purchase a set of our team t-shirts for parents or fans and 2) purchase a discounted Speedo tech suit. Each swimmer is eligible to order ONE discounted suit. Elsmore will check that you are on our roster before confirming your order. Keep in mind that swimmers ages 10 & under and many 11-12 swimmers do not need a tech suit.
