Good Morning my Swimmers!!! 

During this time of  Stay Home and try to stay busy.. I would like to recommend you try to stay fit and limber. Here are some YOGA videos just for swimmers! give them a try at least once a day. We will be back in the pool soon so you're gunna want to be limber so you dont crap up.
