Congratulations to William Frost on setting 2 new 13-14 Boys team records this weekend in Corvallis at the CAT Long Course Open swim meet! William broke his own team record in the 200m backstroke by swimming a 2:30.68 - last year he swam a 2:36.41 so broke his own record by 6 seconds. He also broke Jered Cramblett's 13-14 Boys team record in the 100m backstroke by swimming a 1:10.67. Jered swam a 1:12.10 in 1998 - so that record stood for 26 years before William re-set it. WELL DONE...

There is NO WORKOUT for masters or for kids on Monday Memorial Day. The pool is open - check their schedule if you want to swim!
