New Officials 

Requirements

Register as a new member with USA Swimming as non athlete - official.  You will create a new account not associated with your parent/swimmer account.

SwimTulsa will reimburse you for the new official USA Swimming membership and background check.  You can obtain a receipt on your USA Swimming dashboard under Payments.  Send these to [email protected] to receive reimbursement on your ST account.

To retain the reimbursement you are required to work at least four sessions as an official at an OKS sanctioned meet during the program year**.  At least one of the four sessions must be at an OKS sanctioned meet that is not hosted by your club team. If these requirements are not met, you will be invoiced for the amount of the reimbursement at the end of the swim year.

**Program Year - Annual from September 1 through July 31.
 

Returning Officials

Requirements

SwimTulsa will reimburse you for the returning officials USA Swimming membership and background check if you had to renew it (good for 2 years).  You can obtain a receipt on your USA Swimming dashboard under Payments.  Send these to [email protected] to receive reimbursement on your ST account.  This will be done yearly as long as you send your receipts after renewal.

To retain the reimbursement you must have officiated at least eight sessions at an OKS sanctioned meet during the program year**.  At least two of the eight sessions must be at an OKS sanctioned meet that is not hosted by your club. If these requirements are not met, you will be invoiced for the amount of the reimbursement at the end of the swim year.
