Our Tornadoes Training Groups are named to reflect the F-Scale used to determine the wind speed of a Tornado. Click your swimmer's group name below for more information.
F1 Group - Swim team introduction, teaching all four competitive strokes, drills, dives, and turns.
F2 Group - Continuing swim team instruction, refinement of all four competitive storkes, drills, dives, and turns.
F3 Group - Experienced age group swimmers, swimming more distance and faster time sets, working to achieve state time standards.
F4 Group - Advanced age group swimmers working to achieve high level time standards through advanced drills, swim sets, and goal setting.
F5 Group - Advanced senior swimmers working to achieve high level time standards through challenging sets, technique training, and goal setting.
