Let's Get to 100% in SportsEngine!
Hi Swim Families,
We need your help with a few important tasks on SportsEngine to make sure our season runs smoothly.
1. Log In to Your SportsEngine Account
If you haven't already, please log in to your SportsEngine account. This is where you'll find all team events, volunteer sign ups and how you will sign your swimmer up for meets!

You can use the website login or the mobile app.
Let's get to 100% families logged in!!! We have about 20% to go!
After you get logged in, there are two important tasks to complete:
1. Sign the Photo & Media Release
You will find this under Events- then selecting Events & Meet Entries.
- "Declare" indicates you authorize use of photos/vidoes of your swimmer.
- "No, thanks" indicates you prefer to opt out of having your swimmer included in team photos or media.
2. Practice Declaring for a Meet
We've added the Practice Meet to the schedule. Please go in and "declare" if you are planning to attend.
- This will be the same process you will use to sign up your swimmer for meets.
