The creator of Band Camp is Tracey Moss-Koontz.  Tracey has been a gym owner for 28 years.  Tracey wanted to create a program that would motivate athletes to keep working on their skills and not get complacent.  She wanted to create an incentive for athletes to help athletes focus on proper technique and proper progression.  Tracey also wanted to provide a place where we can celebrate the athletes who perfect all the skills in Band Camp and get them the recognition that they deserve by awarding them Band Camp Graduate or Valedictorian.  All qualified graduates and valedictorians will get their picture on the Band Camp website. 

Our mission at Band Camp is to Make Athletes More Successful by rewarding proper technique and encouraging proper progession in tumbling for cheerleaders.
