HOW TO JOIN THE MASTERS SWIM PROGRAM

Membership Requirements

Registration with U.S. Masters Swimming

U.S Masters Swimming is a national organization that provides membership benefits for adults looking to swim in an organized, team-based, fashion. It is similar to USA Swimming, which services youth swim clubs across the country.

  • Already have a U.S Masters Swimming membership? Email your membership ID number or card to Coach Chelsea!
  • Don’t have a USMS membership yet? JOIN HERE 
  • If you have never had a USMS membership, you can also start with a free trial workout. SIGN UP HERE 

Swimming Skills

  • Must be able to swim 200yds (8 lengths) without stopping of any of the four competitive swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, or butterfly
  • Must feel comfortable swimming for exercise for the duration of 45-75 minutes
  • Must be familiar with swim etiquette

Fees

Unlimited membership: $70/month 

1x/week membership (4x/month): $35/month 

Drop-in fee: $10 per practice. Drop-in fees can be paid prior to practice.

Join the Team

Follow these steps to join the team.

  1. REGISTER FOR THE TEAM 
    Complete our registration. Once you are registered, we will be able to bill monthly for the membership option and send team-wide emails. Select one of the 3 options
    1. Unlimited Membership (first month dues of $70 due upon registration, subsequent dues billed on the 1st of the month)
    2. 1x/week membership (first month dues of $35 due upon registration, subsequent dues billed on the 1st of the month)
    3. Drop-in (nothing due upon registration, drop-in fees owed to team prior to the workout)
  2. CREATE AN ACCOUNT 
    You'll receive an email with login credentials after your register. Here you can add a photo to your member profile, access your billing information, review workouts, and more! You can also see what our youth swim program is up to!
