2024 RDA National Choreography Intensive & National Training Program Registration
We look forward to seeing you at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio this summer! Important 2024 National Choreography Intensive (NCI) and National Training Program (NTP) dates are as follows:
Arrival Day: Sunday, June 16, 2024
- All participants of both programs must arrive to Wright State University by 4pm on Sunday, June 16th.
- If arriving by plane: all flights should be booked to arrive at Dayton International Airport (DAY) on Sunday, June 16th, preferably in the morning or early afternoon. Ground transportation is available from DAY to Wright State University, and you may add on this optional charge to your registration.
- Both programs will begin with dinner and a residence hall meeting on Sunday, June 16th. Commuter students do not need to attend.
Final Showcase Performance Day: Saturday, June 29, 2024
- The final day of both programs includes a combined Showcase Performance at 2:00pm. Family and friends are invited, and guest tickets may be purchased within your registration. You may add on as many guest tickets to your registration as necessary. Participants do not require tickets.
- Participants are permitted to leave after the Showcase Performance by car with a legal guardian or other adult whom the legal guardian designates in writing to RDA.
Final Departure Day: Sunday, June 30, 2024
- The final day for departure from Wright State University is Sunday, June 30th, preferably in the morning or early afternoon.
- If departing by plane, all flights should be booked to depart out of Dayton International Airport (DAY) on Sunday, June 30th, preferably in the morning or early afternoon. Ground transportation is available from Wright State University to DAY, and you may add on this optional charge to your registration.
Guidelines for completing the Online Registration
If the participant is under 18 years of age, this online registration must be completed by a legal guardian.
Tuition, food & housing amounts are due in 4 payments:
- Nonrefundable registration fee: Due at time of registration ($65)
- 1st Installment: Due March 15, 2024
- 2nd Installment: Due April 15, 2024
- 3rd Installment: Due May 15, 2024
- Please note that all participants must be PAID IN FULL by May 15, 2024.
Step 1: Click "Add To Cart" for EVERY registration item needed to complete your registration. These may include:

Step 2: Click on My Shopping Cart → “Checkout Now”.
Step 3: Click "Sign In/Create Account" in the SportsEngine pop-up window.
- If you already have an account, simply login!
- If you do not yet have an account, this step is to set up the guardian’s payment account. Please provide the guardian’s name and email address and proceed with the prompts to set up your payment account and verify the email.
Step 4: Enter the participant's information and select your preferred payment options.
- Click on the “Assign Member” box next to each item to provide the participant’s information.
- If you are new to our registration system, please select "New Member" to complete the required fields.
- If you are already a registered RDA Associate, simply click on the participant’s name!
- Select your preferred payment options for each item from the dropdown menu.
- Once complete, click “Next” in the bottom right corner.
Step 5 - Review the Confirmation Page and click “Next” in the bottom right corner.
Step 6 - Enter Credit Card information and billing information, or select pay by check, and click “Pay Now”.
Your registration is complete!
