Coach Katie
She started gymnastics at Carol Leone’s at the age of 4 years old. At the age of 7 she went on to compete in all four events and won many local, regional and state titles during that time. As a 5 year old she tried out for cheerleading and so began her love for the sport. She cheered from that point until she graduated from Lehigh University in 2016.

She spent the majority of her cheerleading career participating in competitions with her school teams, the Hopewell Vikings and the Aliquippa Quips. She also joined the Beaver County Coyotes, which was later renamed Coyotes Cheer & Dance, at age 11 and continued with that program until she graduated high school in 2012. That’s where her love for cheerleading started to grow exponentially! She always enjoyed the thrill of competing but competition at the all-star level was a more exciting experience.

Throughout her years she has won many state, regional, and national titles. She also spent a few years coaching a number of teams such as, Aliquippa Quipettes, Coyotes Youth Hip-Hop, Arcadia Avalanche, and a variety of schools across the country while working for Elite Cheerleading, Inc. She created Unleashed Athletics so she could continue being involved with something in which she excelled and also be able to follow her passion while giving back to the community. Unleashed Athletics allows her the privilege to offer participants a rewarding experience in mind and athleticism!

She has participated in numerous local, state, and national competitions including The Dance Worlds which takes place at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL from 2011-2014. She has also spent time volunteering and coaching multiple teams such as the Hopewell Little Vikings, Coyotes Youth Hip-hop and Coyotes Junior Hip-hop.

She's excited to be a part of Unleashed Athletics and looks forward to continuing her involvement with something she is so passionate about! She hopes to help make a positive impact on our athletes the way cheerleading did for her!

Coach Gabbi

Coach Gabbi began her cheerleading journey in 2nd grade with Moon, quickly moving into all-star cheer with Pitt West until their closure. She continued cheering for Moon Area High School all four years while also competing with Coyotes Cheer and Dance for three seasons in both cheer and dance. In addition to cheer, she was a member of Moon’s varsity gymnastics team.

After high school, she went on to cheer at the collegiate level for both Bowling Green State University and Point Park University. Throughout her cheer and dance career, she had the opportunity to compete in numerous regional and national competitions, including two trips to Dance Worlds and a trip to UCA College Nationals.

Since then, she has focused on coaching gymnastics, working with both recreational and competitive athletes across Pittsburgh, and has become heavily involved with the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania as a gymnastics coach. She also has experience judging tryouts, assisting with collegiate-level clinics, and coaching school cheerleading.

She is so excited to return to the all-star world and can’t wait to share her love of the sport with this amazing program & athletes!
