Westside Aquatics is committed to the safety and equal treatment of all athletes and program participants.

All coaches are USA Swimming certified annually and must pass necessary training for athlete safety and abuse prevention.

Any incidents of prejudice, bullying, or abuse of any kind (emotional/physical/sexual) are of grave concern and will not be tolerated. 

 

To anonymously report abuse or concerns of potential abuse, we encourage you to contact  SafeSport and the National Governing Body (NGB) for your sport immediately. In cases of alleged physical or sexual abuse against any person, adult or juvenile, please contact your local authorities.

How to Report Abuse:

1. SafeSport

The U.S. Center for SafeSport handles ALL reports of sexual abuse and child abuse within the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movements. Make a report to the Center if you have a reasonable suspicion of child abuse (including sexual child abuse), sexual misconduct, non-consensual sexual conduct, sexual harassment or intimate relationships involving an imbalance of power. The Center also accepts reports of emotinoal and physical misconduct (including bullying, hazing, and harassment) within the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic movements.
