LWM Moving to New Customer Platform
Dear Lake Washington Masters Team Members,
I am excited to announce that Wave Aquatics is moving to a new Customer Relations Management System called the DaySmart Platform or DASH. Our goal is to migrate everyone over to the new platform before the end of this month. Therefore, please go to this link to create your new online account. Please make sure to add a credit card for your recurring monthly charges or punch passes. Once your account is created, we will go into the system and make sure to note that you are already a member of USMS and have paid your annual registration fee to Wave Aquatics. If you still have active punches left on a punch pass, we will add those to your account as well. If you experience any difficulties or have any questions, please reach out for assistance.
