Welcome to RFST!

Please click on, print, and fill out the RFST Registration Packet.  We require a copy to be given to the coaching staff when your swimmer joins the organization.

Delivery of forms and payment is necessary before your swimmer is an official club member.  Your swimmer may not be able to work out with the team or participate in club events, nor will you receive email notices or club information until these forms are turned in, so please make sure you get them to the Coaching Staff and Mail your check to our mailing address:
