Hello Thunderbird Families,

 

We’re making excellent progress with our beginning of the year organization. You’ve  all successfully gotten onto the TAC roster via our TAC SportEngine website and have (or soon) acquired your swimmers USA swimming membership or have renewed them for the 2025-2026 year. We have one final step for our team billing and facility benefits: Registering at Fidalgo Pool and Fitness Center with Thunderbird Aquatic Club.

How to Register at Fidalgo Pool and Fitness Center with Thunderbird Aquatic Club

Step by step guide on How to Register at FPFC with TAC on Civic Rec

  1. Follow this link to the FPFC website for Civic Rec account login
  2. Once you are signed into your membership account, use our “catalog” to select the Competitive Swimming function.
    1. The Competitive Swimming function will have a drop-down menu of training groups and their payment plans, monthly or full competition year
  3. Select your swimmers training group
  4. Select the swimmer you wish to enter the training group and click “Add to cart”
  5. Selecting one at a time, you may select another training group for another swimmer in your family and click “Add to cart”
  6. Please follow the prompts and checkout your cart by clicking “checkout”

Please Note:

  • For successful payment at the end of “checkout” a valid credit/debit card is needed to process the charge
  • The “Full Season” payment membership will remain valid through August 31, 2026 outside of a cancellation, and will not be charged after initial payment.
  • The “Monthly” payment memberships will remain in correlation to your USA swimming membership and charged each month of the membership.
  • A $6.00 “Non-Resident” charge will be applied to each month of the monthly and full season payment memberships. “Non-Resident” is one who’s mailing address is listed outside of the Fidalgo Parks and Recreation District
    • The “Non-Resident” charge is part of FPFC facility billing policy
  • All further monthly charges will be processed on the 1st of each month.

 

The facility front desk has our current TAC roster and is available to assist you in registering your swimmer for their training group.

 

 

I appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation with this registration process as we move forward through September. If you can, please complete the steps by Monday 29 September.
